Special Effects is a pricier option for those who want a “one stop shop” for a dress, shoes, and accessories. The store, located in Moline, also offers tuxedos.

Another special occasion store in the Metro is Little Black Dress. The Moline-based store offers a large range of sizes, from zero to 30.

Hope’s Bridal is a bridal store in the Village of East Davenport that offers a selection of Prom and Homecoming dresses. Hope’s Bridal offers not only mainstream designer brands, but also less well-known brands.
