Spooky Spider Halloween Cookies

Ingredients
2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 egg
Frosting
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1-2 tablespoons milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder in bowl (set aside)
Cream together the butter and sugar until it's smooth
Beat in the egg and vanilla
Gradually blend the dry ingredients
Roll dough into golf ball sized balls and place on cookie sheets
Bake for 8-10
Frosting
Mix together powdered sugar and butter
Stir in vanilla and milk
If frosting is too thick add more milk, if it is too thin add more powdered sugar
Divide the frosting into two bowls, add black food coloring to one
Pipe the frosting in circles alternating black and white starting from the outside until you get to the center of the cookie
Use a knife/toothpick to create spider web effect by dragging the toothpick from the center out
(Optional) add candy corn or pipe spiders for decoration
