Phones down at Genesis Health System for incoming calls

Genesis Health System is reporting phone outages for incoming calls.

Genesis told our Andrew Ball that they are "currently working to fix this."

They say that those looking to visit a walk-in clinic can check-in online which may save time in the waiting room. However, the time you request does not guarantee you will be seen at the time.
