AMBER ALERT: Authories search for missing girl from western Iowa (CANCELLED)

UPDATED (11/20/17 2:40 p.m.): The Amber Alert for a missing western Iowa girl has been cancelled after she and her 13-year-old abductor were both found safe.

Police stopped the suspect vehicle in Des Moines after a witness spotted the vehicle and reported the spotting to 911.

ORIGINAL STORY: DENISON, Iowa (Bettendorf Growl) — An Amber Alert has been issued for a western Iowa girl believed to be with a 13-year-old boy.

12-year-old Beyonce Carrasco is described as white, 5'2", 85 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark gray monarch blouse, gray Under Armour shorts, and has a mole on her nose.

The accused abductor, 13-year-old Rodolfo Penaflor Jr., is described as 5'4", 110 lbs, has black hair and brown eyes. There is no information about his clothing.

Authorites are searching for a white Nissan Sentra - license plate EYB982.
