City of Davenport

Veteran's Memorial Parkway between Elmore Ave. and Utica Ridge Rd., including the I-74 overpass, in Davenport opened for traffic on Wednesday.

The City of Davenport says temporary stop signs have been installed as traffic control measures until traffic lights are installed at intersection of Elmore and the Parkway and Utica Ridge and the Parkway.

Work on the second stage of the project, between Jersey Ridge Rd. and Elmore Ave. will continue as long as weather permits for 2017 and will continue in the spring of 2018.
