Valentine's Day is Wednesday, and a fun way to celebrate is to make your own themed treats. Here is a list of three fun snacks you could make this Valentine’s Day.
Heart Shaped Rice Krispy Treats:
Melt 4 cups of mini-marshmallows in a pan with 3 tablespoons of butter
Add three drops of red food colouring and stir
Dump in 6 cups of Rice Krispies and stir again
Press into a greased 9X13 pan, and let cool for two or three minutes
Flip the pan of treats out onto a cutting board
Cut the treats into hearts with a heart shaped cookie cutter
Cool a little longer, then eat!

Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Sticks:
Melt 1 bag (14 ounce) pink or red candy melts carefully in the microwave
Dip 1 bag (16 ounces) of long pretzel rods into the melted chocolate
Pour sprinkles over the rods before they dry
Let the rods dry, put in the fridge to speed up the process
Enjoy!
Chocolate Covered Strawberries:
Gently rinse 2 cups of strawberries and dry on paper towels (berries must be completely dry)
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper
In 1-quart saucepan, melt 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon shortening over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Dip lower half of each strawberry into chocolate mixture; allow excess to drip into saucepan. Place on waxed paper-lined tray or cookie sheet.
Refrigerate uncovered about 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm, or ready to serve. Store covered in refrigerator so chocolate does not soften.
