On Thursday, Feb. 15, Bettendorf High School hosted a trivia night in support of Foster’s Voice, an organization that raises awareness for suicide prevention.
16 teams came to the commons to play, which included many people in the community such as teachers, students, and families.
The winning team was “Teacher’s Pet”, the group of teachers from BHS who participated.
Although only one team could be named the winner, all teams who participated enjoyed the night and liked giving back to a great cause.
Senior Leticia Francisco said, “I wanted to support Foster’s Voice because I think it’s an important cause, and it was fun to answer questions about pop culture and history with friends.”
Thursday’s trivia night raised around $600 and all proceeds went to Foster’s Voice.
