Student Council's Lent talks about Dance Marathon on New Day

Student Council will host a mini Dance Marathon on Friday, March 23, from 7-11 p.m. The Dance Marathon is a mini version because St. Ambrose University assists the council in hosting the event.

All proceeds from the Dance Marathon will benefit the Children’s Miracle Network.

“Our goal this year is to raise $4,000 for the Children’s Miracle Network,” co committee chair Katie Lent said.

During the event, several activities will be available for students.

“We really wanted to try to incorporate new activities this year and we are working with administration to follow through on that. We will also have sumo suits, drunk goggles, volleyball, and music,” Lent said told the Bettendorf Growl on New Day.
