Davenport manhole work may cause delays in the downtown

Work will begin the evening of Monday, March 19 on manholes in downtown Davenport.

The far right lane of Brady Street will be closed between River Drive and 2nd Street.

The eastbound 2nd Street will also be reduced to one lane between Main Street and Brady. The left turn lane from the eastbound 2nd to Brady St. will be used for left turns and through traffic.

Delays are likely to occur and motorists are asked to avoid this intersection during the rush hour commutes.

Work is expected to be completed by Monday, April 9.
