Children's Miracle Network
Bettendorf is hosting its seventh annual Dance Marathon on Friday, March 23, in the Bettendorf High School gymnasium from 7-11 p.m. All funds raised first go to St. Ambrose and are added to their Dance Marathon profits and then the combined funds go to the Children’s Miracle Network.
Last year 150-160 students attended, and they raised $3,163. This year the goal is $4,000.
The Student Council has worked very hard to put this together.
“We have frequent meetings with St. Ambrose, we contact local businesses for donations, and we communicate with local families who have been helped by the Children’s Miracle Network,” said Aiden Broderick, a member of the Dance Marathon committee.
