Cheerleading squad to hold tryouts

The Bettendorf cheerleading squad is looking for new faces for next year’s groups.

There will be two informational meetings for students to learn more about cheerleading and how to try out. The brief informational meetings will be held before each clinic on March 28 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. and/or April 2 from 3:45-5:45 p.m. There will also be informational packets in the BHS Activities Office or BMS Guidance Office.

“It is a great way to make new friends, challenge yourself, and be a part of the school. It’s not that hard, I promise,” freshman Natalie Zanella said.
