In Chapdelaine’s first week of teaching, she said that her first impression has been positive, saying that the music program is a “wonderful program with wonderful colleagues,” and that “students want to learn and succeed, and really enjoy being in the music department.”
Chapdelaine also says that students seem comfortable in the department and do not hesitate to ask questions or communicate with the teachers. As the year continues, Chapdelaine said she looks forward to building relationships with her students, competing with the show choir and participating in Bett pride.
