Registration for voting has begun

With the 2020 election quickly approaching, voter registration has already begun. Many juniors and seniors will be eligible to vote in the election. Below is a tutorial on how to register online or through the mail.

How to register?

• Online registration through the DMV

• Go to https://mymvd.iowadot.gov/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2fVoterRegistration

• Scroll down and fill out the required fields

Check to make sure you meet all the qualifications.

Verify your personal information.

Select your political party.

Review the Affidavit and click next.

You are now registered to vote.
