Bettendorf takes three choirs to Festival of Trees

Chamber Choir, Concert Choir, and Women’s Chorale will perform at the Festival of Trees Nov. 25 at the River Center. The performance time slot is 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The Festival of Trees, sponsored by Kwik Star, is known to provide activities for children and their families, present an array of themed Christmas trees, display a high school art gallery, host Santa Claus, and invite local choirs and bands to perform for 11 days in November, Nov. 23 to Dec. 1.

General admission tickets cost $10 for adults, $6 for seniors age 60 and over, and $3 for children ages two to ten.

The hours are typically 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with the exception of Dec. 1, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Festival of Trees is closed on Thanksgiving, Nov. 28.

For Women’s Chorale, this is the first year that they will be performing at Festival of Trees under the direction of Mariah Chapdelaine.
